SPE700 Electrode Liquid Level Switch is an instrument for liquid level detection and control. It consists of two parts, the liquid level detection electrode and the controller.
SPE70 electrode liquid level controller is divided into two types: integrated type and split type. The integrated electrode liquid level controller is to put the circuit board of the controller into the junction box of the liquid level detection electrode to form an integrated structure; for the split type, the controller and the liquid level detection electrode are installed separately, and the controller is installed on the track in the control box. There are two forms of panel installation and control panel. According to different use environments, the liquid level detection electrodes can be divided into plastic shells and aluminum alloy explosion-proof shells. Nylon or PP polypropylene plastic connectors and stainless steel connectors are connected to the equipment, which can be selected according to actual working conditions.
According to different process requirements, the liquid level detection electrode has the form of one electrode to five electrodes to achieve different functions. One electrode is suitable for metal tank liquid level alarm and pipeline leak detection alarm (the tank must be metal as a common pole); two electrodes are suitable for non-metal tank body, liquid level single-point alarm and non-metal pipeline detection. Leakage alarm; three electrodes are most commonly used, suitable for liquid inlet or discharge control; four electrodes are added with upper limit alarm or lower limit alarm function on the basis of liquid inlet or discharge function to prevent the liquid level from being too high, overflowing or too low. Pump run down. Five electrodes can realize liquid inlet and discharge control, and can also output ultra-high and ultra-low limit liquid level alarms at the same time.
