1.Transmitter installation and working conditions #

B. Check whether the characteristics of the measured medium change, such as crystallization, hardening, etc., which may affect the output.

4.The transmitter circuit module is faulty #
The 3051 series of intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter circuits have been modularized. A total of: analog modules, digital modules and display modules. Among them, only the analog module and the digital module cannot be replaced by themselves, and must be sent to the company for repair, and the display module can be replaced on site. If the problem still cannot be solved after the replacement, it must be sent to the company for repair and settlement.

Possible causes and solutions:

B. Check if the transmitter casing is reliably grounded and there is strong interference around it;
C. Check if the load resistance meets the requirements and whether the electrical performance meets the requirements of the HART protocol.
2. HART communication computer or handheld communicator #
A. The communication computer or the handheld communicator is faulty or the version is incompatible;
B. The communication connection line is broken;
C. The communication modem is faulty.
(4) Transmitter output confusion
The user misinterprets the transmitter data by using the buttons on the transmitter or the HART communication software or the Communicator to communicate the configuration error. Restore the original settings or reconfigure with the “Restore factory settings” function.
