The traditional limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process is widely used in large-scale thermal power plants. Our plant adopts “magnesium oxide” wet flue gas desulfurization device for flue gas desulfurization. The direct by-products of desulfurization reaction are magnesium sulfite in trihydrate and hexahydrate. The corrosiveness and abrasiveness of the slurry of the desulfurization system, and the magnesium sulfite generated is easy to crystallize, greatly limit the selection of densitometer.
