At present, intelligent pressure transmitters are more and more widely used in chemical enterprises, which provides convenient conditions for the development of enterprise production activities. However, in the process of actual operation, intelligent pressure transmitters often have a variety of faults and problems. Only by accurately judging and comprehensively analyzing these faults can technicians of enterprises achieve effective treatment and improve the stability of intelligent pressure transmitters. Based on this, this paper explores the fault judgment of intelligent pressure transmitter. It is found that the failure rates of high pump outlet pressure, low fuel gas pressure and no indication of distillation tower top pressure are relatively high.
