Electrode liquid level controller is an instrument for liquid level detection and control. It consists of two parts, the liquid level detection electrode and the controller.
What is a liquid level controller?
Water level controller refers to the control of high and low water levels by mechanical or electronic methods, which can control solenoid valves, water pumps, etc., and become automatic water level controllers or water level alarms, so as to achieve semi-automation or full automation.
Water level control is generally used for high-level tank water supply and sump drainage. The device that converts the water level signal into an electrical signal to control the start and stop of the water pump is called a water (liquid) level controller. Commonly used water (liquid) level controllers include reed switch water level controllers, float magnetic switch liquid level controllers, electrode type water level controllers, pressure type water level controllers, etc.
Electrode liquid level controller working principle
SPE700 electrode type liquid level switch uses the conductivity of liquid to detect the liquid level. Once the material in the tank touches the pole, it will conduct electricity and detect the signal. After the signal of the controller is amplified, a contact signal is output for the user to control the liquid level.
This type of liquid level switch can realize multi-point control, and the control position can be set according to the user’s needs. It has a surge protection function, which can effectively prevent surge interference. Therefore, the electrode liquid level switch is suitable for conductive liquids, and This type of liquid cannot be volatile.

ELECTRODE LIQUID LEVEL SWITCH SENSOR APPLICATION
Electrode level switch installation example:
1. Vertical installation only
2. The voltage fluctuation range is within ± 15%, and the voltage should be stable
3. Avoid installation in places with strong vibration or impact (may lead to mis-operation)
4. Non conductive liquids are not suitable for this product, such as gasoline, diesel, heavy oil, pure water, etc.
5. All poles shall be at least 50 mm different from the longest pole (as shown in the figure)
6. When the liquid contacts the electrode, the action of the liquid will change according to the type of liquid and the change of power supply voltage.
7. In order to make sure that the electrode rods do not touch each other in water, tape can be wrapped on the pole, but it must be wrapped in the part of the front end of the pole rod which is 100 mm behind.
