The temperature switch belongs to a temperature control instrument. When the temperature in the line is too high, the temperature switch will be triggered to disconnect the circuit, so as to avoid equipment burnout or even electrical accidents; when the temperature drops to within the normal range, the circuit is closed , return to normal working condition. The temperature switch has the function of self-protection and has the advantages of adjustable (also know as adjustable temperature switch) protection range, wide application range, convenient operation, and high pressure resistance. It is widely used in various electrical equipment such as washing machines, air conditioners, ballasts, and transformers.
The temperature switch is a temperature switch sensor that uses a bimetallic sheet as a temperature sensing element. When the electrical appliance is working normally, the bimetallic sheet is in a free state, and the contact is in a closed/disconnected state. When the temperature rises to the operating temperature, the bimetallic element The heat generates internal stress and acts quickly, opens/closes the contacts, and cuts/connects the circuit, thus playing a role in thermal protection. When the temperature drops to the set temperature, the contacts are automatically closed/opened, and the electrical appliance will return to its normal working state.
